DIRECTOR
Paul is the driving force behind the team, leading by example with a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for the craft. While he takes immense pride in the quality of every project that leaves our doors, his top priority is the culture within them. Paul believes that the best work comes from a team that actually enjoys what they do, and he goes above and beyond to ensure the factory remains a positive, high-energy environment. For Paul, success isn’t just about a perfect print—it’s about leading a team that’s as proud of the results as he is.
Karl
LEAD PRINTER
Twenty years, thousands of projects, and zero compromises on quality. Karl is our resident trade printing expert, blending deep industry knowledge with an unmatched attention to detail. Since joining us two decades ago, he has become the gold standard for production excellence, ensuring every print run meets his—and our clients’—exacting standards.
Barry
FINISHING
Barry is our resident perfectionist. Responsible for all post-press finishing, he is the gatekeeper who ensures every job is completed with the exact manner and quality our clients expect. From the first cut to the final pack, Barry’s sharp eye for detail and technical expertise ensure that every project leaving the warehouse is a “job well done.”
Joe
INTERNAL
Joe is the bridge between a great sale and a perfectly delivered project. Originally joining us in 2019, he handles our internal sales and the more complicated logistics requirements for our largest projects. With an upbeat personality and a knack for building lasting relationships with staff and customers, Joe ensures our workflow is as smooth as his rapport.
